Do you take orders over the phone?

YES!  Call us today @ 610-626-7900.


How far in advance do I need to order?

Of course we try our very best to accept and complete as many orders as we feel we can handle each day.

During our busy season {March thru July} for weekend orders we ask for 7 days to 10 days notice. This also depends on the complexity of your cake order. If possible 2 weeks notice is preferable. During the week , 2 to 3 days notice is fine. Placing your order with as much notice as possible will guarantee you get a perfect dessert for your special occasion.



Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes, we ask for a deposit or a Credit Card Number to hold your order. We do not charge the card , you tell us when picking up your order how you would like to pay!

All orders over $70.00, as well as any order that requires specialty fondant work, will require a 50% deposit at the time your order is placed.



Why do you need my credit card number?

We take a credit card number as a measure of good faith. This is a guarantee that each customer will pick up the cake or dessert that we have made especially for them.

Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED unless you ask us to do so.  If your order is under $100.00 then the credit card number is saved until the full balance can be paid by cash or credit card when picking up your order. After picking up your order your credit card information is professionally destroyed.


Can I have someone else pick up my order?

Yes, absolutely!   Let whomever is picking up your order know the name that the order is placed under and details; which includes spelling of names and requested decoration.



Do I need to refrigerate my cake?                                                                        

If your cake has a whipped cream icing or a cream cheese buttercream icing then yes, we recommend placing your cake in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

However, we feel our buttercream iced cakes are best stored in their box at room temperature. Keeping hem away from heat sources, opened windows, fans, direct sunlight or direct exposure to the sun.


What Credit Cards do you Accept?

Yes, we accept VISA , MasterCard , American Express and Discover.


Can I pay with a check?

No, we are sorry but we do not accept checks.


Do you deliver?

When it is possible, yes we do. Please call our shop number (610-626-7900) and we can give you the cost for delivery. Fees are based on driver availability, distance, day of the week and also time of delivery.


Do you sell candles?

We have a selection of candles both in numbers or traditional striped 24 pack.
